Inception Since 1996
"Summit Engineers and Consultants Pvt. Ltd." a 28 years old company as Designer and Manufacturer of Automation /Integrated Systems. Since 2005 onwards we have manufactured and delivered more than 3500 coating machines within India and exported to various parts of the world as a leading manufacturer of Spray coating Machines. We have a portfolio of machines ranging from standalone manual integrated coating machine to the fully automated unmanned coating . We support automated machines for Spray Coating, Dip Coating, Drum Coating or Tumble coating applications. The liquid we handle from adhesive, Paints as well as speciality chemical coatings. Today we are proud to be associated with more than 800 customers for catering their automation requirements in the field of coating applications. Our journey has taken us to different segments of the Industries for coating field like Auto component manufacturers, Railway ,Aeronautical component manufacturing, Off highway equipment, Textile Industries , Hydraulic Pump, Wind power and General Engineering industries where NVH aspects are very important.
Our collaboration and JV with Strama MPS from Germany in 2015-16 have given us a different perspective to look as a process designer for such applications and it has helped us in improving our systems to make it more user friendly . This also helped us in establishing Training Facility for the automation and Mechatronics AUM Finishing School. AUM offers Technology training to the industry personnel, College students and Professors. Through this we are trying to reduce the Technology gap between Industry and Institutions.
Very recently in October 2020 we have collaborated with St Clair Systems US, in the field of Temperature and Viscosity control and monitoring system solution provider to form JV and bring latest technology for the Indian subcontinent as St Clairs systems India Pvt Ltd at Kolhapur. We will start offering these state-of-the-art solutions for coating applications from September 21 onwards.
As the world is transforming to acknowledge the I4.0 we at Summit Engineers also are poised to start giving solutions with IIoT and I4.0 since last two years. As to offer such high end solutions to coating and moulding applications in India and Globally.
